Building an International Standard of Care
Worldwide Hospital was founded on a simple vision: To bring world-class healthcare standards to Vietnam while making advanced dental and plastic surgery accessible to patients from around the world.
That vision began in 1994, when Dr. Do Dinh Hung traveled to the United States to pursue advanced dental education and visit leading American dental practices.
During that experience, he realized that Vietnamese patients deserved the same level of technology, safety, and patient experience found in the world’s leading healthcare institutions.
He returned home determined to build something different.

Over the following three decades, Dr. Hung introduced numerous innovations that helped modernize private dentistry in Vietnam. Today, thousands of patients from Vietnam and around the world trust Worldwide Hospital for complex restorative and cosmetic treatments.
A MAJOR MILESTONE
From Dental Clinic to Licensed Hospital
As patient needs became more complex, so did our capabilities. Beginning as a small dental practice, Worldwide expanded into one of Vietnam’s largest private dental centers before achieving another important milestone. In 2018, Worldwide officially became one of Vietnam’s first private Dental & Plastic Surgery Hospitals licensed by the Ministry of Health.
Hospital status means much more than a larger building. It allows us to provide a higher level of care, especially valuable for patients requiring full-mouth rehabilitation, complex surgery, or medically supervised procedures.
